Accreditation Requirements for Bidders

           The Zamboanga del Norte Electric Cooperative (ZANECO) needs equipment and supplies to be

able to keep pace with the fast changing technology and to fully perform its duties to member

consumers.

           Every procurement or project contract undergoes rigid bidding process, and passes through the

scrutiny of the National Electrification Administration (NEA).

Bidders must be accredited with ZANECO. Accreditation requirements include:

           1. Company profile

           2. BIR Registration Certificate

           3. Tax Clearance

           4. Business Permit

           5. DTI/SEC Registration

           6. Sole Distribution Certificate (if sole distributor)

           7. Latest audited Financial Statement

           8. List of Products

           9. Top 10 accounts

           10. Manufacturer’s Certificate
